A recent study published in the Permanente Journal examined the effects of CBD on sleep and anxiety (see study).
Participants were given just 25mg CBD (equivalent to one serving / 10 drops of our CALM oil) every day for a month.
The results were very promising. Anxiety scores decreased within the first month in 79% of patients and remained decreased during the study duration. Sleep scores improved within the first month in 66.7% but fluctuated over time. CBD was well tolerated in all but 3 patients.
From this exciting study we can conclude that CBD holds significant benefit for people with anxiety-related disorders.
